Okay real quick… if you feel like you’re stuck making the same boring chicken over and over again, I promise it’s not you. You just need a new go to recipes that actually hit.

These are just a few of the chicken recipes that I make on repeat in my house because they’re easy, family approved, and don’t taste like dry, sad, tasteless cardboard.

Need proof? I pulled real reviews from the website for each one below 👇

1. Chicken Street Tacos

"I’m so glad I found this recipe! My family absolutely adore these tacos- even my pickiest. esThey make a yummy and super affordable meal since the chicken goes such a long way. It’s a recipe that has been added into heavy rotation for us!" -Jen

2. Pollo Loco (Cheesy Mexican Chicken & Rice)

"My husband and I love this meal! He adores it…to the point that he asked me to double the recipe tonight so he’d have plenty of leftovers for this week (which will maybe last him a day or two)! FYI: We always add a little extra queso because, well, sometimes ya gotta splurge a little! 🙂" - Becky

3. Air Fryer Chicken Tenderloins

"DELICIOUS! I made this recipe twice in on day! Once for meal prep for my lunches this week and again for supper. The only way I will make chicken tenders anymore… going on repeat on my meal plan. Thank you!" - Laura

4. Chipotle Chicken Bowls

"Of all of Star’s recipes, I make this one the most. So flavorful! Just enough heat for someone who doesn’t like spicy food in my opinion. It makes a great meal prep for lunches for myself. I recently made the chipotle chicken for my family and my oldest has already asked for ‘chicken tacos’ again" - Denise

5. Chicken Salad with Grapes

"I made this recipe and found it to be so very delicious. I never had chicken salad with grapes in it, but the grapes added another flavor to it which made it very appetizing. Everyone in my family loved it. Great recipe!" -Brenda

6. Chicken French Dips

"Our absolute favorite! So easy to throw together before work and its basically ready when we get home. Plus its freaking delicious!!" -Leslie

I hope you find something delicious for this week!

I know I can't be the only one who gets into the thick of summer and suddenly has absolutely no idea what to make for dinner anymore, like I barely want to even step foot in the kitchen. So here are a few easy meals I...

Hi friend! Mother’s Day is this weekend, and I’m just going to say it: if you are the mom, you should not have to be in the kitchen (unless you want to!), grocery shopper, cook, dishwasher, and emotional support snack provider this weekend. That feels illegal. Or at the very least.. a lil rude! So I pulled together a few easy Skinnyish Dish recipes that would be perfect for Mother’s Day weekend. Not necessarily fancy brunch with tiny flowers and linen napkins, because honestly, that is not...
