Mother's Day Must Makes

Hi friend!

Mother’s Day is this weekend, and I’m just going to say it: if you are the mom, you should not have to be in the kitchen (unless you want to!), grocery shopper, cook, dishwasher, and emotional support snack provider this weekend.

That feels illegal. Or at the very least.. a lil rude!

So I pulled together a few easy Skinnyish Dish recipes that would be perfect for Mother’s Day weekend. Not necessarily fancy brunch with tiny flowers and linen napkins, because honestly, that is not really the vibe over here (even though i'd honestly love that too).

These ideas are more real life simple + delicious food that feels a little special without requiring that much actual effort in the kitchen.

Fresh + Delish Ideas!

Chicken Salad with Grapes

Easy, delicious, and very classic brunch-y mother's day vibes.

Southwest Chicken Salad

Fresh, crunchy, loaded with flavor, and tossed in the dreamiest creamy southwest dressing.

Easy dinners that are extra special

Roasted Vegetable Primavera

Colorful, cozy, veggie-loaded pasta that feels like spring dinner without trying too hard.

Grilled Chicken Margherita

Perfectly cooked chicken topped with pesto, melty mozzarella, and tomatoes for an easy dinner that feels a little fancy without a mountain of dishes.

Italian Beef

Technically not fancy, but this is something we actually make a lot for special days like Mother's Day. It's easy, hands off, and everyone LOVES it.

So here are a few easy meals I...
