If you’re making ham for Easter this year… let’s talk sides for a second.

Because that’s really what makes the meal.

I pulled together a handful of easy, reliable recipes that are healthy-ish, super delicious, and actually get eaten. These are the kinds of dishes I’ve made over and over for holidays depending on the vibe.

My ideal plate?
A little ham, something fresh, something cozy, something extra carby… and always deviled eggs.

Here are a few recipes to help you fill out the table without overthinking it:

the real star of the show

Raise your hand if your favorite part about Easter is Deviled Eggs... I love them so much. I made this healthier version and you're going to love them too, can't even tell a difference!

Something cozy + cheesy

Cheesy Potatoes! You know the ones, but these are a little different- I hid some veggies in them for health plus changed up the really heavy amount of cheese. And honestly, they taste even better as leftovers somehow?

An easy veggie (that people will actually eat)
These Air Fryer Green Beans are so super simple, but really good! They are something you can toss in the Air Fryer easily as you prepare to get everything else on the table. And they are just so tender and perfectly cooked. I could eat these all the time (and i do).

🍠 A “goes with everything” side
a little sweet, a little savory, super easy to make! These Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes Cubes are just a perfect side dish that requires very little effort. Also really great if you're going more of the brunch-y Easter route.

Kind of a wild card recipe

One that technically doesn't fit the traditional Easter table, but one that everyone is going to be so glad you included!! If you've been around the skinnyish dish for awhile, you already know how good this sweet corn pasta salad is. It deserves a spot on the table!
perfect if you're feeding a group or bringing something along

Real talk… you do NOT need a giant spread.

Pick 2–3 solid sides and call it a win.

That’s the kind of Easter meal people really enjoy.

Hope this helps make your Easter table a lil more delicious, Happy Cooking!

I know I can't be the only one who gets into the thick of summer and suddenly has absolutely no idea what to make for dinner anymore, like I barely want to even step foot in the kitchen. It's waaaay too hot to turn on the oven, nobody wants a heavy meal especially after a day outside, but for some reason, everyone still needs to eat more than random handfuls of pretzels with peanut butter out of the pantry (although some days im perfectly fine with that). So here are a few easy meals I...

grilled chicken in a skillet covererd with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and pesto

Hi friend! Mother’s Day is this weekend, and I’m just going to say it: if you are the mom, you should not have to be in the kitchen (unless you want to!), grocery shopper, cook, dishwasher, and emotional support snack provider this weekend. That feels illegal. Or at the very least.. a lil rude! So I pulled together a few easy Skinnyish Dish recipes that would be perfect for Mother’s Day weekend. Not necessarily fancy brunch with tiny flowers and linen napkins, because honestly, that is not...
